The IFTC 2017 has been held successfully. All the papers accepted have been published in the proceedings in CCIS (Volume 815) by Springer.



Registration

Payment of registration is 3000 RMB. Registration(including payment) deadline for authors with accepted papers is 31 October 2017. Failure to register before the deadline will result in automatic withdrawal of your paper from the conference proceedings and program. At least one author of an accepted paper must be registered at the full rate for the conference. Please note that any delay on submission of final camera-ready version, registration and payment may prevent the inclusion of your paper in the proceedings. One registration can cover at most two accepted papers of the registrant. In the remittance please include the following information: name, affiliation, and paper ID.

简介：人工智能的迅速发展将深刻改变人类社会生活、改变世界。作为“中国国际工业博览会”论坛的重要组成部分，《第十四届数字电视与无线多媒体通信国际论坛》（IFTC2017）将其主题围绕这一热点展开。论坛由上海市科协指导，上海市图像图形学学会承办。科技引领，把握世界人工智能发展趋势，突出研发部署前瞻性，在重点前沿领域探索布局、长期支持，力争在理论、方法、工具、系统等方面取得变革性、颠覆性突破，全面增强人工智能原始创新能力，加速构筑先发优势，实现高端引领发展。论坛邀请多方学者向大家描述这一领域的最新进展和他们所做的积极贡献。论坛分为主题报告和论坛交流两部分，将邀请6位国内外专家做专题报告，并有40多为作者进行论文交流。论坛规模约150人。

Call for Papers

About the Forum: The 14th International Forum of Digital TV and Wireless Multimedia Communication (14th IFTC) is a summit forum in the field of digital TV and multimedia communication. The Forum is co-hosted by SIGA, The China International Industry Fair 2017 (CIIF 2017) and Springer CCIS (approval pending), and co-sponsored by Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), IEEE BTS Chapter of Shanghai Section, Shanghai Key Laboratory of Digital Media Processing and Communication. The 14th IFTC serves as an international bridge for extensively exchanging the latest research advances of digital TV and wireless communication around the world as well as the relevant policies of industry authorities. The Forum is also to promote the technology, equipment and application in the field of digital TV and multimedia by comparing the characteristics, framework, significant techniques and their maturity, analyzing the performance of various applications in terms of scalability, manageability and portability and discussing the interfaces among varieties of networks and platforms. In the beautiful autumn season, we warmly welcome international and domestic researchers, government officials and industry leaders to Shanghai to share your visions on digital TV and wireless multimedia communication together.

Paper Summission

Authors should submit a PDF version of their papers of not more than 10 pages including results, figures and references using the Springer templet. Papers will be accepted only in English by electronic submission through EasyChair platform. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series (pending final approval), indexed by EI, and Online Accessible at Springer Database. Best paper and best student paper awards will be presented at the conference. Please see the conference website for details.
